For galleries dealing with Real Estate, you agree that all verbiage used in your ad is following the laws
of The Fair Housing Act. The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing based on color, race, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability.

In order to avoid gallery OVERLOAD on our system, your gallery will expire in approx. 60 days.
<BR>
You also agree that you are the owner of these photos and are not using the intellectual property rights or copyrighted material of someone else.

Once you have uploaded your photos and activated your gallery page, your photos will be LIVE and able to be viewed by millions of people.
<BR>
Upon activating your gallery page, you hereby authorize to be able to share your photos with the world.
<BR>
Please keep our site in mind if you are placing ads on classified websites. We are a great resource to allow you to show more photos in your ads.
